Searching the Items
Elegem.com homepage displays a list of the product categories classified on basis of discounts, hot selling items, or new products. You may click on a category to browse into further divided sub-categories that present our comprehensive range of items. By clicking on any item listed therein, you can view the details of the item along with its picture, price and other specifications making your choice easier.

You may alternatively use our Advance Search to directly reach a product of your interest.

Creating User Account
Before you start shopping on Elegem.com, you need to create a personal user account by giving us information, which will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. This will also help you to track your orders, review your previous orders and avail other personalized services at Elegem.com.

Placing an Order
You can follow these simple steps to place an order on Elegem.com:
1. Adding Items to Shopping Cart
While browsing through our catalogue, by simply clicking on 'Add to Shopping Cart' button seen beside an item that you wish to buy, you can add it to your Shopping Cart. Each time you add an item to your cart, the screen will display your Shopping Cart Contents. You may continue adding items that you intend to purchase to your Shopping Cart until you wish to check out.

2. Checking Out
After you have finished selecting items, you can review the list and prices of your chosen item/s by clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' link available on the top-right corner of every page on the site. You may add more items, remove any item/s that you do not wish to purchase from this list before checking out. After reviewing the items listed in the Shopping Cart and their pricing details, you can click on 'Check Out' button to start the ordering process.

3. Giving Delivery Details
In the ordering process, you will be asked to give us the delivery. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown all the order details along with the shipping and other charges.

4. Making Payment:
After confirming the order, you will be required to choose a suitable payment option to complete the ordering process. You may choose to pay online by filling in your credit card information on our secured payment gateway.



5. Confirmation & Delivery:
As soon as we receive the payment authorization, a confirmation mail will be sent to you. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on 'Order Status' link on the My Account page at any point of time.




Tracking Order Status
You can easily track the status of all orders placed by you at Elegem.com by logging in to My Account page and clicking on 'Orders' link. An order may have reached any of these four stages:

a) In Process: which means the approval/verification of your order/payment by our payment gateway is underway,
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. The order will be executed as per your specifications,
c) Dispatched: Your order has been successfully dispatched; or
d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway.

Canceling an Order
You can cancel any order placed by you on the store, provided that it hasn't entered the shipping process. The Cancel an Order link will not be available after your order has entered the shipping process. From your My Account page, you can click on Track your Pending Orders and select the order that you wish to be cancelled.

Search and Advance Search
Elegem.com offers a vast variety of products. You may use the Search and Search within category utilities available on the portal to make your product search easy.

Item Search
You may simply type the keyword that you wish to look for in the text box on top of each page on the portal and press 'GO'. The resulting page will display all related products available at Elegem.com.

Sort by Price
Clicking on the price ranges displayed below the categories/product list will lead you to another page that will display the products in ascending order of their prices within the range searched for.

Using my Account
Updating My Account Details
You can change your My Account details (e.g. contact address, telephone number etc.) available with us by logging into My Account and accessing the My Profile page where you can view your personal details submitted to us. By clicking the 'Edit Profile' button, you will be able to update any information therein.

Changing Password
You can change your login password by logging into My Account and accessing the My Profile page. On clicking the 'Change Password' button, you will be required to fill in your existing password and the new desired password. Clicking on 'Change' button will assign you the desired password.

Reviewing Your Previous Purchases
You can easily view all orders placed by you in the past at Elegem.com along with status of each order by logging in to My Account page and clicking on 'Orders' link.
